Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, employees, and partners to ensure long-term collaboration.
  • Understand client needs, gather feedback through satisfaction surveys, and recommend improvements to enhance client experience.
  • Identify and engage key client stakeholders to strengthen partnerships and encourage contract renewals.
  • Resolve client complaints promptly and professionally to maintain satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Lead multifunctional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and aligned with client expectations.
  • Analyze business and project data to inform strategic decisions and drive continuous improvement.
  • Oversee team scheduling, onboarding, and training to ensure readiness and efficiency.
  • Set clear goals and expectations for team members, fostering a results-driven environment.
  • Provide mentorship, emotional support, and recognition to boost morale and engagement.
  • Maintain regular communication with the team to share updates, adjust priorities, and track progress.
  • Monitor individual and team performance metrics, offering feedback and support for skill development.
  • Promote a culture of innovation and creativity to maximize team potential and project success.
  • Manage employee timesheets and ensure accurate time tracking across all projects to support reporting, billing, and performance analysis.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support project and organizational goals.
Requirements:Technical Background:
  • Over 5 years of proven experience in team leadership and people management, with a track record of driving high-performing teams.
  • Demonstrated experience managing projects for international clients, ensuring successful delivery across diverse cultures and time zones.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact clearly and confidently with team members, cross-functional departments, senior leadership, and clients.
  • Strong interpersonal capabilities, including mentoring, coaching, collaboration, and building cohesive, motivated teams.
Educational Background:
  • BBA / MBA or related experience.

  • Prepare project management plan
  • Manage and monitor the project, staffing plans, budgets, and minutes of meetings
  • Plan and supervise project activities
  • Define and manage project scope
  • Resolve routine project issues during project execution
  • Manage project teams and resources
  • Perform regular project communication with the client and management and report project progress
  • Co-ordinate with Project Sponsor and project team
  • Understand the scope of the effort in terms of requirements, man-hours or functionality points
  • With the help of the relevant leads, define project parameters, i.e., time-lines, manpower requirements, risks, estimates, etc.
  • Negotiate, establish, coordinate and oversee the projects deliverables
  • Act as the "client" for the local project team
  • Ability to study and analyze data and suggest strategic action items for business advantage
  • Develop team schedules and assist in the successful onboarding and training of team members
  • Be ultimately responsible for the quality of service being delivered by the team
  • Provide frequent feedback on employee performance, address weaknesses or inefficiencies, and offer support to improve skill gaps
