In this remote role, you'll be responsible for driving enrollments in the highly sought-after Microsoft Skills for Jobs Microdegree Program across Pakistan. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a program that equips individuals with in-demand digital skills, directly impacting their career growth and the nation's digital economy.

What you'll do:

  • Identify and engage potential candidates interested in upskilling through the Microsoft Skills for Jobs Microdegree Program.
  • Clearly articulate the value proposition and benefits of the Microdegree Program to prospective learners.
  • Conduct engaging virtual presentations and consultations to guide individuals through the enrollment process.
  • Manage sales inquiries, follow up on leads, and achieve enrollment targets for the program.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the Microsoft Skills for Jobs Microdegree Program curriculum and its career applications.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure a smooth and positive experience for all potential learners.

What you'll bring:

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related field, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and persuasively.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, capable of building rapport and closing deals.
  • Self-motivated and disciplined, with the ability to work independently and manage your time effectively in a remote environment.
  • A genuine interest in education, technology, and helping individuals achieve their professional goals.
  • Familiarity with the Microsoft ecosystem or IT training programs is a plus, but not required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, But intermediate can apply too
