We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal

candidate will have hands-on experience managing cloud infrastructure, deployment

pipelines, containerization, and application monitoring. You will be responsible for

supporting, deploying, and maintaining applications across multiple environments while

ensuring security, performance, and availability.

Responsibilities:

● Deploy and manage infrastructure and services on AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, VPC, Route 53) using AWS Console and CLI

● Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitHub Actions

● Implement multi-stage deployments with automated testing integration and rollback strategies

● Administer Linux servers with scripting for automation and routine maintenance

● Configure and manage NGINX and Apache web servers for reverse proxy, load balancing, and application hosting

● Manage SSL certificates, including issuance, renewal, and HTTPS hardening

● Handle DNS management, domain hosting panels (cPanel, Plesk, DirectAdmin), and troubleshoot DNS issues

● Deploy and maintain WordPress deployments, PHP and Laravel apps(Composer, Artisan, .env configs), Node.js apps (PM2, NPM/Yarn, environment setup), and Java apps (Spring Boot, WAR/JAR, Tomcat, systemd)

● Employ deployment strategies like rolling updates, blue-green deployments, and zero-downtime releases

● Use Docker to build, deploy, and manage containerized applications, including multi-container orchestration

● Manage and optimize MySQL and MongoDB databases, including backups and performance tuning.

● Work with Apache Kafka for messaging and data streaming solutions

● Enforce security best practices such as least privilege access, SSH hardening, secure environment variable management, and server/app hardening.

● Apply patches and updates promptly to servers, containers, and critical infrastructure components

● Use monitoring tools and alerts for quick diagnostics and issue detection (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Nagios, ELK Stack, CloudWatch)

● Collaborate with teams to maintain multi-environment setups (Dev, QA, Staging, Production)

● Document processes and infrastructure clearly and thoroughly

● Participate in on-call rotations to provide rapid or urgent support and incident response

● Troubleshoot and resolve live production system issues efficiently

Requirements:

● 2 - 4 years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or related roles.

● Strong experience with AWS infrastructure management (Console, CLI)

● Hands-on expertise with Jenkins and GitHub Actions for CI/CD automation

● Proficiency in Linux administration and shell scripting

● Experience with web server configuration and SSL management

● Strong knowledge of DNS management and domain hosting panels

● Proven ability to deploy and maintain applications in PHP, Laravel, WordPress, Node.js, and Java ecosystems

● Skilled in containerization using Docker

● Solid database administration experience with MySQL and MongoDB

● Basic knowledge of Apache Kafka or similar messaging systems

● Good understanding of security best practices and patch management

● Experience using monitoring and alerting tools for quick issue identification and resolution.

● Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

● Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment

● Willingness to participate in on-call rotations for urgent support needs

● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience

● AWS Certification (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect or AWS Certified DevOps Engineer) preferred.
