Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Social Media Executive with proven experience in running and managing paid campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing data-driven strategies to drive traffic, generate leads, and ultimately increase sales through social media channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
  • Monitor ad performance, analyze key metrics, and make data-backed recommendations for improvement.
  • Work closely with the design and content team to create compelling ad creatives and copy tailored to target audiences.
  • Set up conversion tracking, pixel integrations, and audience segmentation for remarketing and lookalike campaigns.
  • Conduct A/B testing to refine messaging, creatives, and targeting strategies.
  • Stay updated with the latest algorithm changes, ad formats, and trends in digital marketing.
  • Report campaign performance regularly with actionable insights to management.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing objectives with revenue goals.
  • Manage and monitor the advertising budget to ensure ROI-driven spending.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media Studies, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of proven experience managing paid campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Google Ads (for YouTube), and analytics tools.
  • Strong understanding of performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc.
  • Knowledge of audience targeting, funnel marketing, and retargeting strategies.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and deliver measurable results.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
Preferred Skills:
  • Basic knowledge of SEO, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Familiarity with graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Suite is a plus.
  • Google Analytics and Meta Blueprint certifications will be a strong advantage.
