Job Title: Experienced Sales Agent – Affordable Care Act (ACA) Campaign

Location: I/10 Markaz, Islamabad

Job Type: Full-time (On-site)

Salary: 40k − 60k Base Salary Plus Uncapped Commissions

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Agent to join our team for the Affordable Care Act (ACA) Enrollment Campaign. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in ACA sales, excellent communication skills and a passion for helping individuals and families secure the right health coverage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Educate and guide clients through ACA health insurance options.
    • Conduct outbound calls, follow-ups and consultations to drive enrollments.
      • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining compliance with ACA regulations.
        • Build strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional service and support.
          • Stay updated on ACA policies, plan changes and eligibility requirements.

Requirments:

  • Minimum 1+ years of experience in ACA sales or health insurance enrollment.
    • Strong understanding of ACA plans, subsidies and marketplace guidelines.
      • Excellent communication, negotiation and customer service skills.
        • Self-driven with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
          • Active health insurance license (or willingness to obtain one).
            • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
