About the jobResponsibilities- Assist in verifying sales delivery documents and records as per company policy.
- Prepare and issue sales invoices under the guidance of the Finance Manager.
- Assist in accounting entries for sales revenue.
- Help in checking invoices, income records, and related sales processes.
- Support accounts receivable tracking and follow-up.
- Assist in recording expenses as per company policy.
- Process and verify employee reimbursement claims and petty cash advances.
- Support in fixed asset records and periodic verification.
- Assist in reconciliation of other receivables and payables.
- Provide support in monthly closing of expense-related accounting.
- Maintain financial records and documentation in compliance with company policies.
- Assist in compliance with Pakistan tax matters (e.g., WHT, VAT, employee tax) under supervision.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the Finance Manager.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 3–5 years of finance or accounting-related work experience.
- Basic knowledge of local accounting standards and IFRS.
- Familiarity with SAP/ERP systems and MS Office preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to follow processes.
- Diligent, organized, and proactive in work.
- Ability to work under supervision and manage routine tasks effectively.
- Good communication skills in English.
