Job Responsibilities
  1. Arrange meetings of the site administration committee and follow up on decisions.
  2. Prepare feasibility reports for new administrative development projects.
  3. Provide administrative support to all departments.
  4. Support administrative activities during admission campaigns.
  5. Follow up on administrative-related agreements.
  6. Ensure campus cleanliness, oversee all repair, maintenance, and development activities, assign duties, and supervise administrative staff.
  7. Ensure campus security.
  8. Arrange meetings and functions.
  9. Handle cafeteria-related issues as per policy.
  10. Manage faculty and student transportation issues and supervise petty cash.
  11. Maintain stock records, entries, receipts, issues, store maintenance, and daily routine activities related to sports items and demand records.
  12. Process and maintain purchase requisitions, purchase orders, GRIR, and file records, including room inventories.
  13. Manage and process bills through purchase orders and GRIR.
  14. For projects, record and maintain requisitions, estimates, and purchases.
  15. Maintain vehicles.
  16. Coordinate travel bookings and reservations for guests and employees, and organize seminars/events.
  17. Handle dealings with government departments.
  18. Follow up on vendor payments with the finance department.
  19. Ensure the safety and security of the campus.
  20. Oversee the completion of the administration audit process.
