Role Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Analyst to support internal teams by analyzing business processes, identifying improvement areas, and delivering actionable insights. The candidate must be comfortable working with data, processes, and cross-functional teams to enable smart business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and document business processes, workflows, and systems.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
  • Develop business cases, process models, and project documentation.
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to support strategic planning.
  • Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements or system enhancements.
  • Support project implementation and assist in testing, validation, and post-deployment reviews.
  • Monitor KPIs and generate actionable insights from business performance data.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of proven experience in a business analysis role.
  • Microsoft Excel (advanced analytics)
  • Power BI or Tableau
  • SQL (basic to intermediate querying)
  • JIRA, Confluence, Lucidchart or Visio
  • PowerPoint (for stakeholder reporting)
  • Strong analytical thinking, communication, and documentation skills.
  • Experience working in Agile or cross-functional environments.
