On this journey, you will report to "Manager, Pantry".

1. Request for Quotations (RFQ) Management:
   • Process and review Requests for Quotations (RFQs) received from clients.
   • Float RFQs to our supplier base to solicit responses.
2. Rate Negotiation:
   • Negotiate competitive rates with suppliers to ensure healthy margins and profitability.
   • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to support ongoing negotiations.
3. Supplier Onboarding:
   • Oversee the onboarding process for new suppliers to ensure they meet our standards and are prepared to fulfill client needs.
   • Maintain up-to-date records of supplier credentials and compliance.
4. Quotation Creation:
   • Create and deliver accurate quotations to clients, incorporating appropriate margins and ensuring alignment with client requirements.
5. Purchase Order Management:
   • Raise purchase orders for selected suppliers with meticulous attention to detail.
   • Track and manage purchase orders to ensure accuracy and completeness.
6. Supplier Follow-Up:
   • Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely receipt of stock.
   • Address and resolve any issues related to stock delivery and quality.
7. Inter-department coordination:
   • Ensure cross-functional coordination, resulting in smooth execution of the operations.
8. Stock Level Management:
   • Monitor and manage stock levels to maintain them above the safety net, especially for clients with blanket POs.
   • Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure stock availability meets client demands.
9. Periodic Audits:
   • Conduct periodic audits in collaboration with the warehouse executive to ensure consistency between the Foodpanda inventory management system and the warehouse management system.
   • Identify and address any discrepancies promptly.
10. Expiry Report Management:
    • Ensure that warehouse executives provide timely batch-wise expiry reports.
    • Take proactive measures to address any potential issues related to inventory expiration.
11. Payments:
    • Invoice verification and submission to the payment team for processing.
    • Communicate payment evidence to the supplier once the payment has been processed.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in supply chain management or a similar role.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to secure favorable terms and conditions.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in managing purchase orders and stock levels.
• Proficiency in inventory management systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients, suppliers, and team members.
• Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience with foodpanda or similar inventory systems is a plus.
• Problem-solving attitude.
