We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Graphic Designer and Video Editor with a strong passion for both static visual design and dynamic video content. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and producing a wide range of compelling visual assets, including graphic designs, motion graphics, and edited videos, to support our marketing initiatives, social media channels, and internal communications. This role requires a keen eye for aesthetics, a solid understanding of branding, and the technical proficiency to execute projects from concept to completion.

Graphic Design: Design and produce high-quality static graphics for various platforms, including social media posts, website banners, email campaigns, presentations, and print materials, ensuring brand consistency and visual appeal.

Video Editing: Edit and enhance raw video footage into engaging and impactful video content for social media (e.g., Reels, TikToks, Shorts), YouTube, website, and internal communications.

Motion Graphics: Create and animate compelling motion graphics, lower thirds, intros/outros, and visual effects to enhance video content and tell stories visually.

Concept & Strategy: Develop creative concepts and storyboards for both graphic design and video projects, collaborating with marketing, content, and other teams to align with campaign objectives and brand messaging.

Asset Management: Manage and organize digital assets, including raw footage, design files, and finalized content, ensuring efficient workflow and easy accessibility.

Brand Adherence: Ensure all visual content adheres to brand guidelines, legal requirements, and best practices for respective platforms.

Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design software, and video editing techniques to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of our visual output.

Collaboration: Participate in brainstorming sessions, contribute innovative ideas for visual content strategies, and iterate on designs and edits based on feedback to meet project requirements and deadlines.

Minimum of 4-5 years of professional experience in a role requiring both graphic design and video editing skills, preferably within an agency setting, in-house marketing team, or a relevant industry.

Demonstrable experience with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of graphic design projects, video editing work, and motion graphics.

Experience working with digital marketing teams and understanding of content optimization for various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok).

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Visual Communication, Film Production, or a related creative field.

Equivalent practical experience and a strong portfolio demonstrating relevant skills may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Software Proficiency (Expert Level Required):

Adobe Illustrator

Graphic Design Skills:

Strong understanding of design principles (typography, color theory, layout, composition).

Proficiency in creating engaging visuals for digital and print media.

Excellent eye for detail and aesthetics.

Understanding of brand identity and consistency.

Video Editing Skills:

Strong command of video editing techniques (pacing, rhythm, storytelling).

Proficiency in color correction and grading.

Basic to intermediate knowledge of audio editing and sound design.

Ability to work with various video formats and codecs.

Motion Graphics Skills:

Ability to create dynamic and engaging animated graphics.

Understanding of keyframe animation and principles of motion.

Monthly Gross salary (USD): $600 - $700
