The Housekeeping Attendant is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in the restaurant and bus station areas, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and staff.

• Clears all used tableware, napkins, and refuse from tables to tubs in bus station and wipes tables, chairs, and clears debris and crumbs from floor areas surrounding tables.
• Resets tables according to established standards to seat new customers promptly. Removes full tubs from bus stations to the dishwashing area for cleaning and maintains a clean, well-stocked, and orderly bus station to improve efficiency.
• Retrieves cleaned dishes, glassware, and utensils from the dish room and distributes them to service stations for restaurant use.
• Sweeps restaurant floors throughout the shift to maintain cleanliness and presentation.
• Retrieves requisitioned items from the stockroom, ensures requisitions are complete and correct, and stocks supplies appropriately, rotating stock regularly.
• Assists waitstaff by refilling beverages and accommodating requests for condiments, additional food items, or clean tableware.
• Keeps ice stations filled by transporting ice from the main ice machine to individual stations.
• Maintains a friendly, cheerful, and courteous demeanor at all times.
• Performs other duties as assigned or requested by management.

Knowledge/Skills:

• Basic knowledge of restaurant operations preferred
