Responsibilities
  1. Design and implement AI solutions to automate game development workflows, including level design, testing, and asset integration.
  2. Develop machine learning models and tools to optimize repetitive tasks, such as procedural content generation and game balancing.
  3. Build pipelines for generating high-quality game assets (e.g., characters, environments, textures) using generative AI tools such as Genie 2.0, Stable Diffusion, or MidJourney.
  4. Train and fine-tune AI models to align creative outputs with the game's artistic direction and style.
  5. Collaborate with game designers, artists, and developers to integrate AI-generated content seamlessly into the production pipeline.
  6. Ensure AI-driven workflows are scalable, efficient, and meet quality standards for gaming assets.
  7. Collect, preprocess, and curate datasets for training AI models specific to game development needs.
  8. Experiment with and refine generative models to enhance their performance and usability in creative tasks.
  9. Stay up-to-date with the latest AI research, tools, and trends in gaming and creative automation.
Minimum Requirements
  1. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence or a related field.
  2. 1 - 2 years of Professional Experience.
  3. Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, including deep learning, generative adversarial networks (GANs), and diffusion models.
  4. Proficiency in AI frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
  5. Experience with tools for generative AI, such as Genie 2.0, DALL·E, or Blender AI add-ons.
  6. Familiarity with game engines like Unity, Unreal Engine, or Godot.
  7. Experience in creating or integrating AI-generated assets into game pipelines.
  8. Knowledge of procedural content generation techniques and workflows.
  9. Proficiency in Python and at least one other language like C++ or C#.
  10. Experience with scripting and automating workflows for game engines.
  11. Strong debugging and optimization skills for AI and creative pipelines.
Preferred Qualifications
  1. Experience with 3D modeling, animation, or game asset creation tools like Maya, Blender, or Substance.
  2. Knowledge of cloud-based AI workflows for large-scale creative generation.
  3. Exposure to reinforcement learning and AI for NPC behavior or procedural storytelling.
  4. Prior experience in game development or shipped games where AI played a key role.
