IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

  1. Attend Labour and litigation, recovery cases, criminal matters before the Courts and Tribunals.
  2. Monitor the implementation of laws applicable to the Organization.
  3. Provide guidance for Legal Proceedings.
  4. Monitor employee-related issues to ensure there are no legal complications.

HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT

  1. Reduce outsourcing of legal activities (by 10%).
  2. Improve internal customer issues satisfaction.
  3. Ensure efficient disposal of cases at High Court in Favour of PTCL Group (90% in Favour).
  4. Appear before the Courts and tribunals - Liaise with panel lawyers, provide legal opinions, and conduct research on laws and judgments.
  5. Optimize the legal budget by 10%.
  6. Liaise with the legal team for the disposal of assigned work.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

Qualification:

  • LLB.

Experience:

  • 3-5 Years

Competencies:

  • Database management
  • SharePoint update
  • MS Office
