We are seeking candidates for the position of Management Consultant. The position will provide strategic, unbiased and objective advisory services which assist clients in improving business process and overall performance. This individual will serve as a functional and process lead supporting Asset Management Initiatives for clients (primarily within the Federal Government).

The primary responsibilities will be to provide direct consultative support, foster positive client relationships, make recommendations for improved business processes, manage on-site resources and provide the support necessary to meet the client's business needs. The Management Consultant is involved in providing objective advice, expertise and specialist skills with the aim of creating value, maximizing growth and improving the business performance of their client. He/She will also assist in training and functional support to client's asset management solutions.

Salary: PKR Rs.50,000 to Rs.70,000 (depending on prior experience).

Job Specification
  1. Develop and maintain strong relationship with clients and maintain awareness of new opportunities.
  2. Provide support to the client in utilizing asset management tools and reporting capabilities.
  3. Manage workload scheduling for on-site resources.
  4. Serve as a Subject Matter Expert, providing knowledge and assistance in the areas of Process Improvement, Change Management and data analysis.
  5. Assist client and on-site resources with data collection and analysis.
  6. Track and report on project status to the Project Manager.
  7. Ensure appropriate and ongoing communication to the client and DIT's management team.
Experience and Capability Requirements:
  1. 2 years of managing resources and performing data analysis.
  2. Strong interpersonal skills and previous experience working on client site.
  3. Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple priorities, and potentially multiple projects.
  4. Ability to work in a matrixed team environment.
  5. Experience with MS Office Suite, including MS Project.
  6. MBA or MS in Finance, Management, or HR preferred, but not required, (depends on relevant experience).
