As we scale our impact, we are seeking avisionary technology leaderto join us as theHead of Data + AI Platform & Product Solutions. This role is central to driving our strategic technology agenda, leading the development of future-ready platforms, and ensuring we remain at the forefront of AI innovation.

This position offers the opportunity to influence enterprise-wide technology decisions, foster a culture of data-driven thinking, and shape how advanced AI and data capabilities are embedded into both internal operations and client-facing solutions.

Responsibilities

As a member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for both setting the strategic direction and overseeing execution of Traxccel solutions. You'll work directly with the CEO and collaborate across business units to align technology investments with organizational objectives.

Solutions Strategy & Vision:

• Define and evolve the Traxccel's solutions (both toolkits and standalone offerings) roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Stay ahead of emerging technologies, industry trends (GenAI, and others), and competitive landscape.
• Champion innovation to drive growth, efficiency, and differentiation with our solutions.
• Collaborate with the leadership team to define solutions roadmap.

Solutions Oversight

• Lead design and evolution of scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions.
• Oversee selection and integration of platforms, tools, and infrastructure for our solutions.
• Ensure alignment with modern engineering practices and architectural standards.

Product & Engineering Leadership:

• Collaborate with internal product, engineering and leadership teams to deliver high-impact solutions.
• Guide product and engineering teams on software development lifecycle, quality assurance, and DevOps practices.
• Drive agility, experimentation, and continuous improvement across engineering teams.
• Participate in technical discussions with Traxccel team and/or clients during sales activities.
• Provide guidance to client delivery teams on technical and architectural questions and issues.

Innovation & Technology Integration:

• Lead the exploration, evaluation, and adoption of emerging technologies—such as Generative AI, large language models, real-time analytics, and low-code platforms—to embed innovation into both our service delivery and product development.
• Establish repeatable innovation processes, including technology scouting, rapid prototyping, and proof-of-concept (PoC) validation, to accelerate time-to-value.
• Build and lead a high-performing product and engineering team.
• Manage a team of data experts providing leadership and mentorship.Foster a culture of innovation, agility, and accountability.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Act as a bridge between leadership, product and engineering teams.
• Proactively communicate solutions vision and progress to internal stakeholders.
• Ability totranslate technical visioninto business outcomes for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong presence andboard-level communicationskills.

Performance & Delivery:

• Establish KPIs and reporting structures to measure success, impact, and continuous improvement of solutions delivery.

Requirements:

·10+ yearsof progressive experience inData, AI/ML, and technology leadership roles.

·Demonstrated success indeveloping and executing data and AI strategiesthat drive business value.

·Expertise inmodern data architectures,AI/ML tools, andcloud-native development.

·Deep understanding ofcloud infrastructure(preferablyAzure), along withDevOps,MLOps, and automation practices.

·Strong knowledge ofdata governance,data protection regulations, and compliance standards.

·Proven ability to leadhigh-performing technical teams, with a focus on mentoring and talent development.

·Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills, with experience influencingC-suiteand senior decision-makers.

·Adept at managing complex projects across cross-functional teams, with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.

·(Preferred) Experience instartuporhigh-growth environmentswhere agility and innovation are key.

Educational Background

·Bachelor's degreein Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (required).

·Master's degree (preferred)— often in Business Administration (MBA), Computer Science, or Engineering Management, especially in larger enterprises.
