Position: Senior Manager Sales

Reporting Line : Executive Manager Sales / Director
Age Limit: Not more than 45 Years
Qualification: Master in any discipline (Preferably MBA)
Person Specification:

- Direct and oversee activities involving sales of manufactured products to all Corporate
and Institutional clients
- Should have 8-10 years of relevant working experience in steel /cement/construction
industry only
- Maintain strong relationship with clients and explore new clients/market
- Determine price schedules and discount rates
- Review operational records and reports to project sales and determine profitability.
- Prepare budgets and approve budget expenditures
- Develop customer feedback report
- Negotiate major deals and maintain key customer contacts at senior levels.
- Supervise and coordinate market research and intelligence data.
- Monitor market share on regular basis.
- Develop specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish your work.
- Monitor day to day sales activities and obtain reports at the day end from sales team
- Plan and direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control
sales and service programs.
