We are Hiring: Sr. Sales Engineer-North

Location: Lahore | Department: Compressor Division

Join our team to drive growth, build lasting partnerships, and lead the charge in the industrial air solutions market

Responsibilities:
  1. Lead sales for whole goods and meet or exceed targets within your assigned territory.
  2. Identify and develop new business opportunities and strategic routes to market.
  3. Build strong, trust-based relationships with customers to ensure sustainable growth.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery.
  5. Organize and conduct technical trainings for key account customers.
  6. Stay close to the market, visit current, potential, and drifted customers regularly.
  7. Collect market intelligence and voice of customer to drive strategic actions.
  8. Stay updated with product knowledge and technical skills through continuous learning.
  9. Take ownership and initiative in every aspect of your sales journey.
  10. Perform other assigned tasks as required.
Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree in mechanical, Electrical, or Textile Engineering.
  2. Proven experience in meeting or exceeding industrial sales targets.
  3. Strong technical knowledge with the ability to conduct product training sessions.
  4. Familiarity with compressor systems or other industrial products is a plus.
  5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  6. Self-driven with a passion for delivering results and exceeding customer expectations.
  7. Ability and willingness to travel within the assigned region.
