Job Title: Sr. Manager – Sales Development

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Sr. Manager – Sales Development to drive sales operations, developer relationships, and end-to-end customer solutions in the real estate domain. This leadership role is ideal for someone with a proven track record in real estate sales enablement, project management, and mortgage advisory, combined with exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and optimize sales operations to support business growth and improve conversion rates.
  • Manage and enhance relationships with real estate developers, ensuring seamless collaboration and business alignment.
  • Collaborate with banks and financial institutions to deliver mortgage and financing solutions for clients.
  • Oversee project management efforts across the sales lifecycle, ensuring timely execution of strategies and achievement of sales targets.
  • Monitor and report on KPIs, market trends, and performance analytics to senior leadership.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies based on data analysis to increase revenue.
  • Analyze sales team and developer performance to share insights and identify areas for business improvement.
  • Research competitors and share insights to improve company structure and operations.
  • Mentor and manage cross-functional teams to ensure high performance and alignment with business goals.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent communication and customer experience strategies.
RequirementsQualifications
  • Master's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
Experience
  • 5–8 years of experience in key account management, business development, or B2B sales, preferably in real estate or a similar industry.
Knowledge
  • Strong understanding of partner/channel sales models and client service dynamics.
Skills
  • Proficient in CRM systems, Excel, and presentation tools.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to analyze data effectively.
  • Highly professional presentation skills with a positive attitude.
