
Territory Sales Manager

The ideal candidate will be disciplined and have experience in conducting product demonstrations. This candidate should be comfortable with frequent travel and be able to generate new sales leads on a regular basis. The candidate should be able to keep track of their sales and effectively communicate with other team members while out in the field.
Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed sales targets for the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors.
- Ensure distributors have the necessary support to meet their targets.
- Supervise, train, and motivate the field sales team to achieve their individual and team targets.
- Plan and optimize sales routes for the field sales team
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 2- 5 years of sales experience
- Strong work ethic and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and customer relationship management software
- Ability to travel in order to do business
