About the role:
The Manager Channel Enablement and Trade Marketing will be responsible for ensuring seamlessoperational readiness, planning, and execution of sales support functions in the North 2 Region. Therole is focused on enabling the field sales force through structured forecasting, analytics, devicemanagement, trade marketing execution, and coordination across multiple stakeholders includingHQ, Regional Directors, and Zonal Teams.

  • Trade Marketing Planning & Execution
  • Lead operational processes for GSM, Financial Services (FS), and Franchise Walk-in Centersincluding escalations and process improvements.
  • EffectiveTeam & Performance Management
  • Lead all regional trade marketing activities including ATL/BTL campaigns, in-market visibilityinitiatives, POS material deployment, and event activations.
Your Typical Day will look like:
  • Design and maintain performance dashboards, reports, and analytics based on historical trends and future forecasts.
  • Enable sales teams by providing insights, tools, and operational support to boost productivity andtarget achievement.
  • Manage all BVS device-related operations including stock tracking, inventory management,provisioning, dispatches, audits, and activation follow-ups to ensure zero dormancy.
  • Plan and execute channel enablement campaigns, sales initiatives, and incentive structurestailored to drive performance and engagement.
  • Act as the key liaison between Regional Sales teams, HQ Planning, and National/Regional seniorleadership (including RD, VP, and NVP).
  • Provide regular updates, performance insights, and business cases to facilitate data-drivendecision-making at senior levels.
  • Collaborate closely with Zonal Sales Managers to support operational and planning needs on theground.
  • Own the end-to-end execution of trade marketing plans from design to ground-levelimplementation.
  • Coordinate with Circle Team to align regional activities with brand guidelines and businessobjectives.
  • Lead and mentor a team of 3 Assistant Managers and 4-5 Business Development Officers (BDOs).
  • Drive team performance through structured planning, KPIs, coaching, and career developmentsupport.
  • Support the Regional Director and Zonal Managers in organizing Franchise and Retailer meetings,regional performance reviews, and annual conventions.
What we are looking for?
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Work Experience:
  • Minimum 6-8 years of experience in Sales Operations, Channel Planning, or Trade Marketing, preferably in the telecom or FMCG sector.
  • Prior team management experience is essential.
Functional Skills/Knowledge Areas:
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in Excel, PowerPoint, and dashboard tools (e.g. Power BI).
  • Hands-on experience in sales planning, forecasting, and operational execution.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multi-functional teams and cross-regional coordination.
  • Strong understanding of telecom sales processes, device operations, and trade marketingprinciples.
