We are looking for an Inside Sales Manager to join our growing GTM APAC Sales team. The incumbent will be tasked to enable SMBs in APAC region to get paid globally with Payoneer' fast, flexible, secure, and cost competitive solutions. Your responsibilities will include increasing business adoption and market penetration.
Working in a dynamic sales environment you will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and recruiting SMB clients on the Payoneer platform. The ideal candidate will be comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-tasked, high-energy environment with an ability to deal with ambiguity. Candidate should have consultative sales experience in their previous roles. This role provides opportunities to develop original ideas, approaches, and solutions in a competitive and ever-changing business climate.

What You Will Do
- Driving acquisition of high value cross-border businesses in Pakistan
- Undertaking initiatives to build a strong and sustained pipeline of opportunities, converting them with speed and efficiency, and securing share of wallet
- Showing high degree of entrepreneurial spirit in finding new customer verticals and segments
- Ensuring customer profitability and retention by identifying and pursuing broader opportunities that serve their overall payments in and out needs
- Keeping a strong pulse on market competition, opportunities and challenges; sharing actionable insights and customer feedback with regional and global stakeholders, aimed at continually strengthening our value proposition and competitive position in the market
- Guiding customers through the onboarding process, offering basic walkthroughs of Payoneer's platform, and grasping SMB customer demands.
- Cultivating a sales pipeline of SMB customers in APAC interested in Payoneer payment solutions.
- Prioritizing B2B customer acquisition by showcasing Payoneer's features, benefits, and value proposition, becoming a Payoneer Product Expert.
- Employing a consultative sales approach to understand customer business needs and position Payoneer's value proposition accordingly.
- 3-5 years of prior experience in consultative sales within fintech or ecommerce organizations.
- A proven track record of meeting and surpassing established business goals.
- Experience in leading negotiations with owners and key stakeholders in sales organizations.
- Comfort with managing internal operational processes related to client onboarding.
- Proficiency in email communication, with strong written and verbal skills.
- Demonstrated advocacy for customers within the organization in past roles.
- Native proficiency in Urdu and English.
