Production Manager

Job Summary: We are currently seeking a Production Manager to join our team in the Knitted Garments industry. Responsible for managing a unit of 500-700 Machines, leading a team, allocating styles, ensuring production targets are met, and maintaining quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Handle and oversee a unit of 500-700 Machines
- Lead a complete team and infrastructure
- Allocate styles in different units/lines based on available capacity
- Attend pre-production meetings
- Ensure day-to-day production meets targets
- Follow up on industrial engineering functions
- Maintain quality standards and minimize alteration costs
- Check and control manpower costing
Requirements:
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in the knitted garments industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting targets
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
