Responsibilities:

  • Requirements Gathering:
  • Assist in eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business requirements from stakeholders through interviews, workshops, surveys, and other techniques.
  • Documentation:
  • Create clear, concise, and comprehensive documentation, including Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Software Requirements Specifications (SRS), Use Cases, User Stories, process flows, and wireframes.
  • Maintain and verify requirements specifications throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Process Analysis:
  • Support the analysis of existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
  • Write and Review Users Stories on JIRA
  • Build flow Diagrams with details that include user roles in the project, modules and collaborator identification, third party tools to be used, and detailed process.
  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, development teams, and quality assurance teams.
  • Facilitate effective communication, ensuring all parties have a shared understanding of project goals and requirements.
  • Participate in team meetings, stand-ups, and sprint planning sessions.
  • Project Support:
  • Support project managers in various project management activities, such as creating project plans, timelines, and status reports.
  • Track project progress, identify potential risks, and contribute to risk mitigation strategies.
  • Research & Analysis:
  • Conduct market research and industry analysis to understand trends and best practices relevant to projects.
  • Perform data analysis to identify patterns, trends, and insights, contributing to data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in business analysis, IT or a related role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana).
  • Exposure to prototyping and wireframing tools (e.g., Figma)
  • Basic understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Project Management methodologies.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with various stakeholders.
