Experience & Qualification:

  1. At least a diploma from a recognized university, preferably with a mechanical background.
  2. At least 3 years of experience working in a similar environment as Department Head or Manager.
  3. Familiarity with plastic injection, secondary processes (Print, Spray, etching), sub-assembly, back end & box build.
  4. Basic tooling knowledge may be necessary.

Job Scope:

  1. Main Priority:
    To lead, manage, and be responsible for a team of engineers to achieve project completion within the given timeline by the customer. To be an effective communication bridge between the customer and your team.
  2. Secondary Priority:
    To study & improve machine efficiency & line/process productivity.
  3. Other related duties as assigned by the General Manager.

Skills Required:

  1. Able to prepare a clear, concise report to the customer to avoid unnecessary delays in project completion.
  2. Possess good interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with customers on potential technical issues faced during the mass production stage.
  3. Ability to use all problem-solving tools effectively to analyze issues at hand & solve them.
  4. Excellent computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint presentation).

Language Requirement:

  1. English (Spoken & written).
  2. Bahasa Indonesia (Spoken).
  3. Chinese (Spoken), as need to handle these language-speaking groups of customers.

Location:

Station in Batam, Indonesia.
