Job Description

Responsible for single or multiple EPC offshore fabrication projects covering Jackets with Piles & ancillaries, Topsides (Wellheads / Living Quarters Module), and Subsea Structures (Boatlandings, Risers/Bumper guards, clamps, etc.). The role requires the project manager to individually manage all phases of the project, from pre-bid and post-award activities to project closeout, in coordination with clients and involved stakeholders (internal and external).

Responsibilities include:

  1. Implement daily operations assigned to ensure compliance with established standards, procedures, and client requirements.
  2. Manage overall project requirements, including time, budget, scope, vendors, procurement, and prepare relevant construction reports for stakeholders.
  3. Manage the project team effectively, ensuring clear communication among personnel from various departments.
  4. Monitor project progress to ensure timely delivery, high HSE standards, and cost-effectiveness; develop contingency plans for critical delays.
  5. Arrange project meetings to monitor key performance indicators.
  6. Manage all project interfaces with internal and external stakeholders.
  7. Track project costs to ensure budget adherence and report regularly.
  8. Motivate the site-based team to deliver safely, on time, and within budget.
  9. Ensure timely and accurate reporting to stakeholders.
  10. Submit all project and contractual deliverables, including final documentation, promptly and maintain proper records.
  11. Maintain project close-out reports, including evaluations and lessons learned.
  12. Promote a culture of safety and productivity by role modeling company values.
  13. Create a stimulating environment through professional interactions, effective communication, coaching, and encouragement.
  14. Participate actively in safety meetings and steer project quality and HSE awareness programs.
  15. Comply with safety, quality, and environmental policies to ensure a safe work environment.
  16. Prioritize health and safety, participate in wellness programs, and report concerns promptly.
Qualifications

Experience managing EPC offshore fabrication projects, including Jackets with Piles & ancillaries, Topsides (Wellheads / Living Quarters Module), and Subsea Structures (Boatlandings, Risers/Bumper guards, clamps, etc.).

Experience

Minimum of 12 years' experience in a relevant offshore fabrication position.
