We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Officer to join our growing team

Responsibilities & Requirements:

As a Finance Officer, you will play a critical role in maintaining accurate financial records, preparing timely reports, and supporting the overall financial health of our organization. You will collaborate with various departments to ensure financial processes are streamlined and aligned with business objectives. This position is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills and a passion for numbers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update sales entries, ensuring accurate and timely month-end reconciliation and closing
  • Prepare monthly sales incentives and bonus calculations
  • Monitor and track financial transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Process e-payments in accordance with CEO approvals
  • Maintain supporting documentation for all financial transactions
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies in accounts and financial records
  • Prepare periodic financial summaries and reports for management review
  • Process vendor payments via banking portals following invoice verification

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • Proven experience in financial operations, reporting, and reconciliation
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Excel, including advanced formulas and pivot tables
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
  • Familiarity with accounting software and online banking portals is a plus
  • Strong communication and organizational skills

Shift: 9-hour shift – This position is not remote-based
