Job Identification

We are looking for a Legal Counsel to be part of our Head Office Team in Lahore.

What We Expect
  • Perform duties of Contracts Counsel, including drafting and reviewing agreements, MoUs, notices, etc., with customers and business partners; updating standardized agreements for different functions; managing the company's contract systems.
  • Design and organize the office record-keeping system, ensuring proper maintenance of files and records.
  • Research, compile, prepare, and provide legal opinions, research, and reports as per business needs.
  • Assist Senior Legal Counsel in ensuring legal compliance of company policies and procedures.
  • Monitor department expenses, especially external counsel costs, for budget management.
  • Record minutes, prepare forms, and organize agendas.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's of Law (LLB)
  • 0-2 years of experience required
