Responsibilities

  • Prepare detailed time check reports to verify and validate process timing accuracy in production.
  • Handle inspection tool procurement, SAP edits, and IM factory quality system setup.
  • Collect and prepare time check samples to support process evaluations and quality assessments.
  • Prepare mold trial reports to assess new or modified mold performance and ensure quality standards are met.
  • Document findings from mold trials, highlighting any defects, improvement areas, and recommendations for process adjustments.
  • Conduct process audits to evaluate adherence to standard operating procedures and identify areas for improvement.
  • Maintain accurate records of instrument usage, ensuring traceability and supporting calibration and maintenance schedules.
  • Handle customer complaints by conducting root cause analysis, preparing action plans, and following up on implementation to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Any other job assigned by HOD

Qualifications

  • Education : BSc Mechanical / Electrical Engineering / TQM
  • Experience : 4 to 5 Years
