Responsibilities
  1. Handle day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable, invoice processing, journal entries, and bookkeeping.
  2. Prepare and maintain financial records, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with accounting principles and company policies.
  3. Conduct monthly bank reconciliations and assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements.
  4. Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
  5. Assist in the preparation and submission of tax returns and other regulatory filings.
  6. Stay updated on changes in accounting regulations and standards and ensure compliance.
Job Specification
  1. Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and concepts.
  2. Proficiency in using Xero, QuickBooks, and Microsoft Excel.
  3. Effective written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
  4. Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and relevant regulations is advantageous.
