The Position:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Product Owner to enhance our dynamic team. As a crucial member of our product development team, you will be responsible for leading the vision, development, and implementation of our products. Your expertise combined with a deep understanding of our clients' needs will be vital in ensuring the security, functionality, and user-friendliness of our products. Your role will involve close collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that adhere to industry standards and exceed customer expectations.

The selected individual will work in the Contour Software Lahore office, as part of the resource-center team, as an extension of the onshore R&D team.

Responsibilities:

1. Define and articulate the product vision for 97Display within the Martial Arts, Sports, and fitness industry, ensuring alignment with industry standards.
2. Create and maintain a product roadmap that will be used to track and plan efforts to improve product offerings, enhance UX, performance, and marketability within current and adjacent vertical markets.
3. Manage and prioritize the product backlog with a focus on enhancing the product, security measures, and user experience for clients and their users.
4. Work closely with Agile development teams to implement features and oversee integrations with new and existing technologies.
5. Serve as the primary liaison between internal and external stakeholders to ensure clear communication.
6. Facilitate Scrum events to ensure a smooth workflow and timely delivery of features, focusing on scalability and security in line with industry needs.
7. Conduct market research and gather feedback from clients and users to understand their requirements and pain points.
8. Develop user stories and acceptance criteria specifically tailored to secure and efficient payment transactions within the industry.
9. Monitor emerging trends in technology and compliance regulations, adapting product strategies to maintain and enhance competitive edge and security.
