Product Designer (Future Product Owner Path)

About the Role

You'll take full ownership of OctiLearn's design system, UI/UX, and the overall product experience. You'll work closely with the founder and tech team to imagine, design, and deliver new features and improvements, making OctiLearn as intuitive, delightful, and impactful as possible.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Designing, prototyping, and refining new features end-to-end (from rough sketches to high-fidelity designs)
• Improving and maintaining a consistent, beautiful, and user-friendly UI/UX across web and mobile
• Collaborating with developers to ensure smooth, high-quality implementation of your designs
• Conducting user research (e.g., interviews, usability tests, feedback analysis) to inform design decisions
• Creating and iterating on our design system, component libraries, and style guides
• Spotting and fixing pain points in the user journey—before users even notice them
• Brainstorming and prioritizing new features and enhancements with the product and tech teams
• Measuring impact and iterating quickly based on real user feedback and data

What We Offer

• Flexible 8-hour workday (hybrid in Lahore; mostly remote)
• Salary: PKR 120,000 – 140,000 per month (based on experience)
