Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for the timely processing of P2P cycle i.e. purchase to payment cycle.
  2. Assist in Preparation of RFP, receipt of quotations, bids or proposals, evaluation, negotiation of certain conditions of contracts in full compliance with organization policies and procedures.
  3. Assist in preparation of monthly procurement plan and ensure its execution & reporting accordingly.
  4. Carryout market analysis to get the best purchasing deals.
  5. Ensuring the proper tracking of purchase requisitions, purchase orders, GR, Invoicing and payments, and update database and report accordingly.
  6. Perform market visits to explore new potential vendors and to perform pre-qualification evaluation of vendors related to construction/ IT / Food / Non-Food items/Services and its reporting.
  7. Responsible for vendor opening in ERP as per approved pre-qualification forms of vendors.
  8. Responsible for follow-up with vendors for timely delivery of goods/services.
  9. Responsible for close coordination with relevant departments for quality inspection of goods and services at the time of delivery/completion.
  10. Assist in preparation of goods/services contracts.
  11. Assist in preparation of procurement annual budget.

Educational Qualification: Graduate with honors/Masters with preferred related experience of 2 to 4 years. Candidates with qualification in Supply Chain will be preferred.
