AGILE is seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant / Deputy Manager – Production for one of its leading home textile manufacturing clients based in SITE Area, Karachi. This role is ideal for a driven individual with hands-on experience in textile production and a proven track record of managing teams, optimizing floor operations, and achieving production goals in a fast-paced environment.

The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day production activities, managing workflow on the shop floor, and ensuring that production targets and quality standards are consistently met. A strong understanding of home textile production processes will be considered a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities include:

Supervising floor-level operations and ensuring timely and efficient production output.

Leading, managing, and mentoring production teams to meet established performance and productivity targets.

Monitoring production workflows, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency.

Coordinating with planning, quality, and supply chain departments to ensure seamless operations.

Ensuring strict compliance with quality standards and production timelines.

Preparing production reports and providing regular updates to senior management.

Key Requirements:

Minimum 4–5 years of experience in a textile manufacturing environment.

Must currently be serving at the Assistant Manager level for at least the past 2 years.

Strong leadership, team management, and production oversight skills.

Sound understanding of process management and quality control practices.

Prior experience with home textile production will be considered a strong advantage.
