Manage procurement, storage, and distribution of project materials and assets, and support logistics and administrative tasks.
Responsibilities- School Coordinator will work under the supervision of District Project Manager of EMO schools.
- Support to execute a variety of education programs, events and services to meet the educational needs of the community and to achieve program/project goals.
- Coordination with District Project Manager for implementing program/project strategies in order to achieve the targets and goals.
- Increase learning opportunities for all students, with special emphasis on expanded learning experiences for students who are at-risk of academic failure;
- Support to ensure that the quality compliance parameters are invariably adhered to ensure provision of good education and successful program delivery;
- Engage parents and community stakeholders to design, develop and implement a comprehensive school improvement plan through Community Engagement Activities;
- Arrange School Management Committee (SMC) meetings on regular basis (at least one in each quarter) basis and report back to all stakeholders on progress and matters for concern;
- Invite inputs from local community and address comments/concerns concerning the educational and programmatic needs of students;
- Promote the continuous use of student data (such as from formative, interim, and summative assessments) to inform and differentiate instruction in order to meet the academic needs of all students;
- Managing the day-to-day operations and needs of the school including directly supporting the Principal/Headmaster(s) and other staff on instructional and operational matters;
- Establishing an embedded presence in the school and maintaining consistent and intensive onsite support;
- Participation in Monthly Progress Review meetings & conduct monitoring/supervisory visits.
- Write monthly report of the school.
- Ensure maintenance of program data, files, reports and all other related materials on regular basis.
- Look after the needs of the school/project staff and help them to resolve their problems which they face in routine or specific activities.
- Ensure drafting, collecting and submitting all district level reports timely to the respective personnel.
- Assist District Project Manager in monitoring and reporting for the intervention schools and communities.
- Facilitate teachers/tutors about the enhanced and modern teaching techniques.
- Ensure maintaining of files, materials and all other program/project related materials.
- Facilitate to develop and implement educational plans, lesson plans, teaching strategies and upcoming events.
- Resolve conflicts among school staff and report them to District Project Manager if required
- Facilitate head teachers and teachers in all academic areas
- Conduct random classroom observation, facilitate teachers school vise
- Prepare and guide head teachers and teachers for students assessment such as
- Collection of papers
- Proof reading
- Quality control
- Matching with syllabus
- Marks distribution
- Clear instruction
- Maintain random checking of copies, lesson plans, classroom observations and teachers diaries etc.
- Implementation of the yearly syllabus
- Implement the academic yearly calendar
- Develop annual/monthly schedule or work plan for all schools
- Plan and Conduct meeting with school council / SMC for teachers, students / parents and academic concerns.
- Submit monthly, quarterly and annually reports of respective assignments to the District Project Manager.
- Establish good working relationship with the staff and other departments.
- Manage EMIS Data at school level on regular bases
- Other duties as assigned by the senior staff for the best concerned of the program.
- Qualification: BA/BSC/B.Ed.
- Experience: More than 2 years' experience in related field
