We are looking for a skilled and responsible Electroplating Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in chrome plating on ABS (plastic) and should be capable of managing both the chemical processes and production operations on the shop floor.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Supervise chrome plating operations on ABS plastic parts
  2. Manage chemical baths, solution maintenance, and quality control
  3. Oversee production targets and workflow
  4. Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards
  5. Lead and train plating staff to maintain process consistency

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in electroplating, especially chrome on ABS plastic
  2. Strong knowledge of plating chemistry and process parameters
  3. Ability to troubleshoot plating defects and maintain chemical balance
  4. Leadership and team management skills
