Chrome Plating Specialist

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Chrome Plating Specialist to manage the chrome plating process on ABS plastic parts.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Supervise the chemical processes and production operations on the shop floor.
  2. Manage chemical baths, solution maintenance, and quality control.
  3. Oversee production targets and workflow.
  4. Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.
  5. Lead and train plating staff to maintain process consistency.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in electroplating, especially chrome on ABS plastic.
  2. Strong knowledge of plating chemistry and process parameters.
  3. Ability to troubleshoot plating defects and maintain chemical balance.
  4. Leadership and team management skills.
