Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an HVAC Sales Professional based in Fakhri Brothers Group of Companies Karachi Division. The HVAC Sales Professional will be responsible for daily interactions with customers, providing excellent customer service, identifying and troubleshooting HVAC issues, and recommending preventive maintenance solutions. The professional will also offer plumbing services and support as needed.

Responsibilities

- Drive Sales Growth: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets in the HVAC sector.

- Client Relationships: Engage with potential customers to assess their HVAC needs and provide expert recommendations.

- Product Demonstrations: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits of HVAC solutions.

- Collaboration: Work with engineering and technical teams to ensure customer specifications are met.

- Sales Performance: Track and report on sales performance metrics.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

- Experience: 5+ years of experience in HVAC sales or a related field.

- Technical Knowledge: Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and installation processes.

- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Preferred: Experience with HVAC design and project management, technical background in engineering or related fields.

Skills and Technologies

- HVAC Design Software: Proficiency in HVAC design software and tools.

- Building Codes and Regulations: Familiarity with relevant building codes and regulations.

- CRM Software: Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools.¹ ²

Qualifications

  • Experience in HVAC systems and plumbing
  • Strong troubleshooting skills
  • Knowledge of preventive maintenance practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
  • Experience in the energy and power solutions sector is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent 5 Years experience in a relevant field
