Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to support our operations in the fast-paced HVAC industry. The ideal candidate will thrive in a technical work environment and possess excellent office management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily office operations, including administrative tasks
  • Maintain accurate records of HVAC equipment, quotations, service logs, and job orders
  • Coordinate between technicians, suppliers, and clients to ensure seamless workflow
  • Handle procurement and inventory tracking of HVAC-related materials
  • Prepare professional invoices, delivery notes, and service reports
  • Assist with scheduling site visits, maintenance work, and staff logistics
  • E nsure proper documentation and filing (digital & physical)

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in the HVAC or technical industry
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Familiarity with HVAC systems, terminology & workflow
