This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior UX/UI Designer located in Lahore. The Senior UX/UI Designer will be responsible for creating compelling visual designs, developing user interfaces, and ensuring an exceptional user experience. Duties include developing mockups, collaborating with front-end development teams, and contributing to the enhancement of AI applications and software products.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end UX/UI design process for product features across web and mobile platforms.
  • Translate business requirements into intuitive user flows and interfaces.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers and developers to guide and refine design strategies.
  • Manage a continuous stream of design tasks, ensuring consistency and quality across all platforms.
  • Maintain and evolve our Figma-based design system for scalability and consistency.
  • Ensure designs are responsive, accessible, and optimized for mobile, tablet, and desktop.
  • Leverage customer feedback, analytics, and research to drive design decisions.
  • Contribute to UX research and usability testing to improve overall product effectiveness.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Design, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design.
  • Proficiency in visual design and wireframing tools, with strong expertise in Figma.
  • Deep understanding of UX design best practices, mobile-first design, and responsive design.
  • Strong knowledge of user-centered design (UCD), research methodologies, A/B testing, and usability testing.
  • Passionate about creating solutions that resolve user pain points.
  • Ability to iterate on designs efficiently and intelligently.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a collaborative and open-minded approach.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing system design thinking and interaction design across web and mobile platforms.
