We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our daily office operations. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in an administrative role, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management
  • Manage schedules, meetings, and appointments for senior staff
  • Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and other correspondence
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as required
  • Maintain office supplies and inventory, placing orders when necessary
  • Assist in coordinating company events and meetings
  • Maintain and organize company records and confidential information
  • Support team members with administrative needs as required

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar administrative role
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with office equipment (printers, copiers, scanners)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Problem-solving skills and a customer service-oriented mindset
