We are looking for a driven Associate Product Manager with up to 1 year of experience to join our product team. You will support product development by collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing data, and helping deliver products that meet customer needs and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing the product lifecycle from concept to launch and iteration.
  • Collaborate with design, engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure product alignment.
  • Support sprint planning and Agile processes within SCRUM teams.
  • Conduct competitor research and market analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Help prioritize product features and improvements based on data and user insights.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to bridge gaps and resolve conflicts.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation related to product status and performance.
  • Learn and apply best practices in product management and development.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Up to 1 year experience in product management or related roles.
  • Basic understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies, especially SCRUM.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Knowledge of competitor analysis techniques.
  • Ability to work well with cross-functional teams.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred:

  • Exposure to product management tools like Jira
  • Understanding of customer journey mapping and user experience basics.
  • Basic technical knowledge related to software development.
