Position Overview

The Video Editor at TM Events Group will be a key player in creating and curating video content that reflects the vibrancy and sophistication of our events. This role requires flexibility in hours, as tasks can range from quick edits to more intricate projects depending on the workload. The Video Editor will be responsible for producing engaging video content that aligns with current trends, enhancing the company's online presence and promoting our brand across various platforms.

In this role, the Video Editor will work closely with the Marketing Team to develop and implement video content strategies that capture the essence of our events. The focus will be on crafting videos that not only showcase our work but also resonate with our audience through creative storytelling and dynamic presentation. An understanding of current video trends and the ability to adapt them to our brand's style is crucial.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Video Content Creation: Produce high-quality videos that effectively communicate the TM Events brand, from the grandeur of large-scale events to the intimate details of more personal setups. Ensure videos are visually compelling, engaging, and consistent with the brand's aesthetic.
2. Dynamic Content Development: Stay updated on current video trends and incorporate these into the content, creating dynamic videos that capture attention and engage viewers. Develop video concepts that can appeal to both our existing audience and potential new clients.
3. Collaboration with Marketing Team: Work closely with the Brand and Socials Manager and Marketing Manager to align video content with overall marketing strategies and objectives. Collaborate on brainstorming and executing new video ideas that can drive engagement and brand awareness.
4. Content Management: Organize and manage video content efficiently, ensuring it is readily available for marketing campaigns and client presentations. Upload and schedule video content in line with the marketing calendar to maintain a consistent online presence.

1. Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
2. Strong understanding of visual storytelling and the ability to create content that aligns with current trends.
3. Creativity and an eye for detail to produce engaging and high-quality video content.
4. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
5. Familiarity with social media platforms and knowledge of video formats suited to each platform is a plus.
