Position Title: PR Strategist - Executive
Employment Type: Full-Time & On-Site
Location: DHA, Karachi
Experience Requirements: 2 to 4 years in PR strategy development, with demonstrated success in creating strategies for well-known brands in the digital space.
Educational Requirements: Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Media Sciences/Visual Studies or any relevant field.
Job Responsibilities:

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms
  • Planning and executing publicity strategies and campaigns
  • Must be capable of implementing the plan if needed
  • Should be able to create an end-to-end PR strategy from consumer landscape, insights, big idea to campaign design and mechanics keeping digital objectives in view
  • Must have a strong grip on PowerPoint Presentation
  • Possess good research skills
  • Must have worked on a specific PR campaign
  • Updated with the new PR and digital trends
  • Know how to translate business objectives into PR objectives enriched by proprietary benchmarks
  • Capable of general tagging strategy, based on client requirements, including conversion tracking, page level conversion rate (funnel conversion), and re-engagement of people that did not convert with specific messages based on their last stage in the conversion funnel
  • Lead proactive crisis communication strategies and mitigate potential negative publicity with clear, effective messaging.
  • Should be able to execute the plan if required

Job Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in PR strategy making, with proven examples of strategies developed for well-known brands in the digital space
  • Planning publicity strategies and campaigns
  • Knowledge of media production and communication
  • Formulate PR plans and strategies
  • Prior experience with copywriting, design, or production
  • Insight of project management experience, with a focus on creative direction
  • Good teamwork skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Creativity and writing skills
