Assist supervisor in expiry check, critical, critical plus, inventory count and temperature monitoring as per SOPs.

Stock receiving and placement as per FEFO (First Expire First Out).

Assist supervisor to maintain pharmacy in clean, clutter free and well managed condition.

Assisting with other administrative tasks, when required.

Maintaining records, reporting relevant information, and preparing daily & monthly documentation.

Ordering supplies and maintaining suitable inventory levels.

Checking orders, bills, items received, inventory, and deliveries for accuracy.

Daily Check Nursing Bags & Anaphylactic Kits.

Communicating and coordinating with other departments and Nursing staff.

Maintaining record related to oxygen concentrator/ any other devices.
