Pharmacy Operations Assistant

Maintaining a clean, well-organized, and efficient pharmacy environment is crucial to providing excellent patient care. As a Pharmacy Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring that all aspects of pharmacy operations run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly consumption records and share them with the supervisor accordingly.
- Assist the supervisor in performing expiry checks, inventory counts, temperature monitoring, and other critical tasks as per SOPs.
- Ensure accurate stock receiving and placement according to FEFO (First Expire First Out) principles.
- Maintain a clutter-free and organized pharmacy area, adhering to cleanliness standards.
- Assist the supervisor in managing pharmacy inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining suitable levels.
- Verify orders, bills, items received, inventory, and deliveries for accuracy.
- Perform daily checks on nursing bags and anaphylactic kits.

- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with software applications
- Physical stamina to work in a fast-paced environment
