  • Identify and develop team strengths while addressing weaknesses.
  • Lead the recruitment and induction process for new team members.
  • Organize and promote team initiatives, bringing new ideas to the table.
  • Handle disciplinary procedures and resolve potential conflicts.
  • Lead and assist with any projects where necessary.
  • Provide necessary updates and optimization of projects.
  • Work as part of a team, supporting colleagues and promoting a positive work environment and team spirit.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure a cohesive work approach across all functions.
