- Implement quality control measures for leads and sales to ensure they meet the required standard.
- Be present to support and offer guidance to the team when needed.
- Manage 1-to-1s, playing a key part in helping team members achieve their development goals.
- Identify and develop team strengths while addressing weaknesses.
- Lead the recruitment and induction process for new team members.
- Organize and promote team initiatives, bringing new ideas to the table.
- Handle disciplinary procedures and resolve potential conflicts.
- Lead and assist with any projects where necessary.
- Provide necessary updates and optimization of projects.
- Work as part of a team, supporting colleagues and promoting a positive work environment and team spirit.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure a cohesive work approach across all functions.
