Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Principal Product Manager to lead our AI Solutions initiative, driving the development and growth of our internal and customer-facing AI solutions. We leverage multi-AI agent frameworks and cloud technologies to deliver powerful AI-driven solutions. This role offers the opportunity to shape the future of AI solutions for customer engagement, automation, and operational efficiencies.

Job Description
  • Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the AI Solutions platform
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to design and deliver scalable AI-powered solutions using cloud technologies
  • Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management, including ideation, development, and delivery
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and translate insights into innovative AI solutions
  • Work with stakeholders across sales, marketing, and customer support for effective product positioning and go-to-market strategies
  • Act as the primary voice of the customer, balancing business needs with technical feasibility
  • Partner with data scientists, engineers, and UX teams to prioritize features, design user experiences, and establish success metrics
  • Advocate for AI best practices such as RAG, fine-tuning, and deployment of AI models to drive value
  • Drive experimentation and proof-of-concept initiatives to validate AI capabilities that solve customer pain points
Job Specifications
  • 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in AI, cloud solutions, or enterprise software
  • Proven experience delivering AI/ML solutions integrated with cloud-native services (e.g., Azure Cognitive Services, AWS AI tools)
  • Strong technical understanding of AI frameworks, LLMs, RAG strategies, and model fine-tuning
  • Experience working with engineering teams, especially in backend development for cloud platforms
  • Ability to translate customer needs into technical requirements and product features
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making experience
  • Experience with vision documents (PR/FAQs), agile methodologies, backlog management, and prioritization frameworks
  • Experience with AI Agents, Conversational AI, or Intelligent Automation
  • Familiarity with platforms like Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Cognitive Services, etc.
  • Background in customer-facing roles or direct client engagement for insights
