We are Datastair — a growing IT startup specializing in System Design & Development, Database Solutions, and Reporting for sectors like Healthcare, Trading, Academic Institutions, and Business Enterprises.

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive / Digital Marketer to help us promote our diverse line of software products and generate qualified leads and sales through local and international channels.

Key Responsibilities

·Design and execute marketing strategies for LinkedIn, Upwork, and local markets

·Generate leads via LinkedIn outreach, Upwork bidding, referrals, and cold approaches

·Pitch our existing software products to clients across multiple industries (e.g. retail, healthcare, education)

·Research ongoing or upcoming IT projects and explore partnership opportunities

·Understand client needs and align our solutions to their business requirements

·Conduct and schedule online meetings or demos with potential clients

·Gather initial client requirements and share with our technical team

·Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and follow up with prospects

·Provide client feedback to improve product functionality and usability

·Maintain CRM records and sales activity logs

Requirements

·Strong communication and presentation skills (verbal & written)

·Minimum 1 year of experience in business development or digital marketing

·Self-driven, goal-oriented, and proactive in client engagement

·Experience using platforms like LinkedIn, Upwork, Freelancer, or similar

·Familiarity with ERP, CRM, or custom business software solutions

Preferred Qualifications

·Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field

·Fluent in both English
