Role Description

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Head of Business Development to lead our growth initiatives. This role involves strategic planning, sales leadership, and partnership development to expand our market presence and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to align solutions with client needs.
  • Lead negotiations and close high-value deals.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in business development, preferably within AI or tech startups. Candidates with less experience but good track record in this domain are also encouraged to apply
  • Strong understanding of AI, Machine Learning, and Data Science concepts.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
