Job Title: Project Manager

We are currently hiring a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager for our growing company in Faisalabad. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing various projects from start to finish. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1100$. We welcome candidates of all nationalities and offer free visa and ticket for the selected candidate.

Responsibilities:
- Lead project planning and execution, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget and meet quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management.
- Monitor project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Identify potential roadblocks and find solutions to keep projects on track.
- Conduct regular status meetings with team members to ensure alignment with project goals.
- Manage project budget by tracking expenses and reporting any variances.
- Ensure all project documentation is complete, accurate, and maintained appropriately.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and make decisions under pressure.
- Ability to work well under tight deadlines and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
